What Your Schedule Will Be

  • Monday 1:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Tuesday 1:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Wednesday 4:00pm – 12:00am
  • Thursday OFF
  • Friday OFF
  • Saturday 4:45 am – 12:45pm
  • Sunday 4:45 am – 12:45pm

What You'll Do as an Assistant Manager

  • Recruit, train and develop the best associates to drive a high performance team that consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee inventory management which includes managing relationships with vendors.
  • Maximize store sales with high level of execution of merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Proficiently execute job responsibilities within the following areas: associate orientation, customer orientation and food presentation/concept execution (ie: daily books, completing CGO counts, completing daily checklist, following food concept program guidelines).
  • Assess store condition and customer service levels and correct issues with limited direction.
  • Assist in managing controllable cost by being educated on procedures for reducing inventory control, cash control, margin objectives and day-to-day operations expenses.
  • Responsible for ensuring personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Motivate and engage the store team to execute store goals.
  • Demonstrate an ability to support a positive work environment.
  • Exhibit professionalism in appearance, conduct, and judgment.

  • Store execution.
  • Merchandising expert.
  • Product pricing.
  • Map set verification.
  • Signage placement & ordering.
  • Gondola cleaning and organizing.
  • Store signage maintenance.
  • Stocking and back stock control.
  • Cooler & equipment cleaning.
  • Set POGs and maintain Retail Viewer.
  • Walk MAP set completion.

  • Previous management experience is preferred, not required.
