HRIS Analyst

This position will work in a hybrid environment with a blend of remote days and in-office days. This is not a fully remote position.

Calling all HRIS Analysts! Krause Group’s HRIS team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team.

As the HRIS Analyst, you’ll use your background and experience in HRIS, such as Workday and KRONOS, to monitor, maintain, and implement appropriate changes, configuration, and processes within our HRIS. Our HRIS Analyst will support multi-department projects such as business process design and process improvement. In this role, you’ll leverage technology solutions that meet the need of HR and users of our HRIS and processes. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact to consult on best practices, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational needs within our HRIS.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee projects including the development of project plans, rollout schedules, communications, and change management

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Grow People (HR) and other departments within Krause Group

  • Maintain data integrity of our HRIS (Workday and KRONOS) by preforming audits and troubleshooting, and developing audit and research processes

  • Perform regular system maintenance including but not limited to updates, system configurations, integration development and support, etc.

  • Assist with ongoing system improvements and additional technology implementation

  • Facilitates training, as needed, within departments or store markets

What we’re looking for

  • Strong analytical and technical skills

  • Experience with Workday and KRONOS

  • Prior experience developing and/or supporting system integrations

  • Prior experience leading complex/multi-department projects

  • Understanding of overall HR processes and foundational processes

  • Ability to quickly learn concepts and understand process configuration within a system

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and outlook while solving complex situations

  • Ability to work in a faster-than-average and changing environment

Other key requirements

  • Experience with multiple modules of Workday HCM preferred

  • Experience in HR or IT

  • Business process design and/or process improvement experience preferred (Six Sigma, LEAN)

  • Relocation to the Des Moines, IA area is required
