Head of Brand - Krause Group

Are you a Brand executive or Brand consultant who knows how to create a compelling brand vision and strategy for a diverse set of industries? We are looking for a strong brand leader to report to the CEO Krause Group who knows how to anchor a corporate brand in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and can lead CSR initiatives. If you enjoy working with brands including European products and services, this may be the opportunity for you! Our industries include wine, luxury hospitality, professional soccer, and real estate development.

What you’ll do

  • Define and create the brand vision and strategy for the Krause Group brand
  • Provide leadership and guidance to brand strategy behind each Krause Group business
  • Integrate Krause Group’s 4 Pillars of Corporate Social Responsibly (CSR): Purpose, People (including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), Planet, and Philanthropy into the fabric of our businesses
  • Provide leadership to CSR governance, strategy, metrics, and initiatives
  • Provide leadership to Krause Group internal and external Communications
  • Provide leadership to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy
  • Build and develop a team supporting Krause Group Brand, Communications, CSR, and DEI

What we’re looking for

  • A marketing executive with significant experience building compelling brands
  • International experience in Europe
  • Experience and passion for using Corporate Social Responsibility as a foundation to build strong brands
  • Experience leading Communications
  • An agile, scrappy, leader who thrives in change
  • Ability to travel up to 25% internationally
  • Proficiency in a romance language such as: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or French AND English preferred
  • Interest in diversity, equity & inclusion
  • Relocation to the Des Moines, IA area required. This is not a remote role.
